Return policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Soft Cotton Co. purchase! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days, and we’ll issue a full refund (excluding delivery fees). Refunds will only be issued once we receive the product in its original condition. Please contact us at info@softcottonco.com.au prior to returning the item and we can assist with the return.
